What people ask before they start
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every portal answers on its own address on epicportal.io, and with the Custom domain add-on on yours too, such as portal.yourcompany.com, with its certificate handled for you.
Where is my data stored?
You choose when you create your portal: in Germany or in Turkey. Your portal, its database and its backups stay in that country.
Who can see my data?
Your portal has its own database, separate from every other customer's. EpicAlgorithms staff look at it only to support you, when you ask.
How does sign-in work?
With a password and two-factor authentication, or with Google or Microsoft. Your portal keeps the sign-in tokens; they never pass through us.
Can I try the paid modules first?
Most modules can be tried free for 30 days, once each, without a payment method.
How is it priced?
The free plan covers a small team. After that you pay per staff seat, plus the modules you switch on; a module added mid-month costs only the days left.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Ask us and you receive a full export of your portal's data.
